It’s fair to say that holidays in Africa are never exactly cheap (more on prices here) and apart from anything else, when you’ve spent a lot of time planning the adventure of a lifetime, you want to make sure your money’s gone somewhere safe. All of our holidays are financially protected.
Some of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please ask us to confirm what financial protection applies to your booking.
Flight inclusive packages are ATOL Protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Extraordinary Africa Ltd’s ATOL number is 12059. If your holiday is ATOL protected, details of your ATOL protection will be shown on your ATOL certificate, which you will receive with confirmation of your trip.
If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected. For trips that are not covered by ATOL protection, Extraordinary Africa Ltd is a member of the Travel Trust Association, membership number Q179X. All of our holidays are financially protected by our membership, and all client monies are paid into a protected trust account for their holidays.
